Yoga has a positive impact on our mind, body and soul.

I just love the effect yoga has on my mental fitness. Unlike many forms of exercise which I have done in the past. I find yoga benefits both body, mind and soul. When I practice yoga any stress that I am experiencing melts away. As a result I feel calmer and more relaxed.
