Absolutely, session can take place via Zoom, Skype or Facetime.

Yes, I take anything from three clients to eight clients.

There are many different breathing exercises to go through, I recommend four 40min sessions.

Absolutely, I will go through the exercises with you and you will need to practice them four to five times a day. It really is very easy to implement into your daily routine once you start.

Learning to breathe correctly is something you will do for the rest of your life. You will start to see results in your overall health within six weeks, but it all depends on how much you practice.
