Become the best version of yourself and sign up with this three-month Nutrition & Health Coach program, tailored to your individual needs. Together, we will get you on the road to being the best version of yourself.

As a Nutrition & Health Coach, I will guide you to achieve your goals around health, food choices, eating, and lifestyle which will be life changing and sustainable for you. 

Food is an evolving science and you will learn updated nutritional advise on what we should be eating, how to prepare quick, easy and simple meals,  and the importance of real nutrition as we age. 

While nutrition is the key to good health, I believe that it is not the only source of nourishment. When our body, spirit and emotions work together in total balance we can enjoy health, vitality, look and feel our best.

Whats Included?

Start by keeping a seven-day food diary, of what you eat and drink, documenting how you sleep, your mood, energy levels, forms of exercise and how you generally feel. I will then study this prior to our first meeting

Once I receive your food diary, I will analyse it and recognise what foods, minerals and vitamins you maybe lacking. Two days later, we will meet for your consultation and go through your health history. We look at your health concerns and goals you would like to achieve over the next nine weeks.

We will meet a few days later, and I will have a plan in place tailored to your individual needs. We will discuss it together and I will email it to you the following day.


Follow up sessions week 3, 6 and 9. We will meet three weeks later, and every session I will have more recommendations, we will discuss how the changes have impacted you. I am your accountability coach, and together we will work for you to achieve your goals.

Before each tri-weekly session, you will receive a revisit form. This helps me know what concerns you have and your progress.

As a Nutrition & Health Coach I am your health & wellbeing advisor. I am here to guide, motivate, inspire, listen and help you on your new journey to becoming the best version of yourself.

A Nutrition & Health Coach targets the lifestyle factors which influence your overall health such as sleep, diet, stress levels, movement, and relationships. They are professional trained to listen, support, assist, and guide clients make healthy lifestyle changes.

Generally, we work with clients looking to improve their overall health, change their diet, improve their digestion and gut health, look at cravings, improve their sleep, handle stress and make changes to become the best version of themselves.

Q&A Nutrition & Health Coaching

A nutritionist helps you with your diet and food choices. They can assist you with meal planning and eating healthy foods.

A N&HC, looks at your overall health, they assist you with your goals and concerns, foods that maybe causing your health problems while also taking into consideration your overall lifestyle and areas that maybe causing you extra stress.

The program is over a nine-week period, during that time you should achieve your health goals and have changed your behaviours and habits.

A Nutrition & Health Coach is great for anyone who is ready to make small changes to their diet and lifestyle but unsure of where to start. I am here to listen, support, guide and help you on your journey to better overall health.

Yes, sessions can take place via Skype, Zoom or Facetime.

Probably not, you are welcome to contact me for more information, but I normally only take clients who are interested in losing weight within the context of achieving a higher level of health and well-being.
