I’m Karen Moylett. I am a certified Yoga Teacher, Nutrition and Health Coach and a  Buteyko breathing instructor. I love to make healthy food taste delicious, as I am a firm believer that good food is good medicine.

My job is to help educate, guide & empower you to make healthy choices and a balanced approach to become the best version of yourself. I do this by providing nutritional and lifestyle advise, healthy recipes and tips, and meal planning.

My mission is for you to become the architect of your own health.

I am a firm believer that good food is good medicine, but I also know that good quality sleep, healthy breathing techniques, effective stress management, movement, hydration and a positive mental attitude are key pillars to achieving overall health and wellbeing.
