Dinner. Simple and quick to make.

Grilled aubergine with melted parmesan cheese and roasted vegetables. Prebiotics are essential for a healthy gut which are contained in the onions and garlic.  Always good to keep your gut bacteria happy! long grain brown rice cooked with sunflower seeds & just before serving I mixed the rice with some sesame oil and a drop of lemon doterra essential oil for that extra flavor. This is a simple and quick dinner to prepare and is packed full of vitamins and minerals. Enjoy!
