This simple dish is full of goodness and your gut will thank you.
Working as a Health Coach I recognise the importance of bio individuality, and how one persons food is another persons poison. There is one area that we all have in common and that is to restore the health of our gut. There are a number of reasons for our gut bacteria to be out of balance. Age, hormones, stress, inflammation, lack of sleep, and poor diet just to name a few. Keeping our gut healthy and happy can provide many benefits.
- Bowel Regularity
- Improved Immune Function
- Stronger Bones
- Weight Loss
- Better Sleep
- Positive Mindset
- Improved Emotions
Fiber is key for the health of our gut as it helps eliminate toxins, such as excess hormones that accumulate as we age and leads to weight gain. Always bear in mind that raw vegetables can be hard to digest, therefore it is advisable to slightly cook your vegetables. All the essential minerals and vitamins will not be destroyed if you cook you vegetables al dente below 115 degrees.
This plate is full of vegetables, black quinoa, topped with hemp seeds and my homemade hummus, drizzled with my own dressing made with my homemade kifer and doterra essential oils. Your gut will thank you!
