Karen has such a great sense of character and way of connecting with others. I found her style to just fit everything that I needed and even maybe didn’t know I needed - from words of encouragement and positive reinforcement with the work I was doing. I personally would not have accomplished all that I did without this personal coaching time and words of encouragement. I never really thought about ‘coaching’ before and I am so glad to have had this wonderful and positive experience in my life.

Doing yoga class with Karen is fantastic. The class begins with meditation which I believe is the only way to improve your mindfulness and awareness, ending the class with positive thinking. I am delighted with how she takes time to explain each pose, and helping where needed. Really enjoy the Vinyasa flow after a long heavy week. This class is where you can relax, stretch out and focus on yourself. Karen can manage many levels in each class and offers a gentle practice. Nameste!

My coach was able to help me work toward my goals. Karen helped me to see that I was eating crap because I felt overburdened and stressed I was not eating foods to nourish my body. Karen helped me to identify problems in my life that I could work towards fixing _Karen worked with me on my diet and helped me to identify foods which suited me and foods I should cut out and the difference in my energy levels was amazing when I cut out food groups that didn’t suit my body. 2. I would describe my coach as _Fantastic lady who makes you feel comfortable from the first minute. Karen is very knowledgeable on holistic health and it was always lovely to learn from her where I could improve my life. The regular texts from Karen and emails and notes were great for keeping me on track. 3. I would recommend my coach to anyone who feels overburdened, fatigued, and feels like life is passing them by.
When I agreed to be one of Karen Moylett’s case studies in February of this year I did not expect that it would have any impact whatsoever on my life. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I suffered from sinusitis for many years which was becoming much more frequent, severe and debilitating. From a medicinal point of view I had tried everything and nothing helped. In my first session with Karen she was able to pinpoint immediately from my food diary what the root cause of my sinusitis was and she gave me a plan to help deal with the issue. In the sessions that followed she also advised on foods and supplements to introduce to my diet which had, up to that point, been very one-dimensional. The bouts of sinusitis are now few and far between. When they do occur it is more often than not because I have eaten something to trigger them and Karen has given me the tools to identify such triggers. My energy levels have also increased, my stress levels have reduced and my sleep pattern is consistent, not only due to the change in diet which I have put in place because of what Karen has taught me. I cannot recommend Karen enough for her nutritional advice. She explained everything clearly. She advised, not only, what needed to be cut out/reduced from my diet but also what needed to be included to give a better chance for good health in the future. I would advise anyone to see Karen in respect of their nutritional needs. I am extremely grateful for the chance to have been one of her case studies – it has truly transformed my life.
