What I do as a Health Coach and How I can help YOU
As a holistic nutritional health coach and yoga instructor, I look at every area of your life. Together we will identify the areas in your life that are lacking attention, and causing you discomfort, unhappiness and health issues. Perhaps you’re experiencing weight gain, sleep problems, joint pain, low self-esteem, unnecessary stress, or lacking in energy.
I focus on bio-individuality as no one size fits all. We are all unique and together we will discover the best food choices and lifestyle changes for you. My aim is for you to become the best version of yourself.

YOGA – FIND YOUR INNER PEACE
I teach private one to one classes, plus group classes of no more than eight participants. My goal is to help people realise the importance of the breath and to understand that what is going on in the body is all related to what is going on in the mind. My emphasis is on releasing tension, building strength and flexibility.
Everything in life is about timing
All my life I have worked out in a gym, been mindful of eating good, nourishing food, and had a huge interest in the health of mind, body and soul. After spending over twenty years in the hotel industry, I finally followed my heart. I left my corporate career behind in 2014 and over the past few years I gained a certificate in Positive Psychology and a Diploma in Holistic Dietetics. The icing on the cake was when I graduated as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in December 2015.
Listening to my inner guidance and going with the flow of life
In July 2016 I took a leap of faith and went to Thailand where I did my yoga Teacher Training. I received my 200 hour yoga alliance Teacher Training certificate and have not stopped learning since. December 2016 I spent time in Madrid where I practiced somatic meditation and tantra yoga with the renowned Godfrey Devereux. July 2017 I spent time in the Pyrenees and did an intensive Teacher Training in Raja yoga meditation. I intend to continue learning and inspiring people.
All falling into place
My journey since I left the corporate world has been challenging, fulfilling, emotional, positive and full of purpose. I have now found my true self and doing what I have been most passionate about all my life. I want to inspire people and help them realise that their body is a wonderful machine that will heal itself given the proper fuel and attention.
